Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Please email us at MOST_GRIP@outlook.com and allow 3–5 business days for the refund to post to your original form of payment.


Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it (unless it arrived damaged or defective).

  • It must also be in the original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without contacting us first.


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items

Sale and promotional items are also eligible for refunds and returns under the same 30-day policy.


Exchanges

We support exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item within 30 days, and we will ship the replacement once we receive the return.

If your item is defective or damaged, you may request either a refund or an exchange. Please notify us within 72 hours of receiving the product at MOST_GRIP@outlook.com.


Shipping Costs for Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
